The NOVAworks Workforce Board is seeking public review and comment on the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Local Plan for NOVAworks, and the Regional Plan, representing the three workforce boards serving San Francisco, San Mateo, and Santa Clara counties.
